Jewelry Care
•cleaning•
I personally wear my inlay jewelry everywhere and love it! But with that said, when possible, inlay jewelry should be taken off before bathing, swimming, yoga, applying lotions, working out, extreme heat, manicure, doing the dishes, etc. do not use jewelry cleaning chemical agents on inlay jewelry. Silver, bronze, and brass will eventually tarnish, which is also called patina and can be a desired look depending on your preference. If you don’t want patina, use a Sunshine Yellow jewelry cloth to polish away tarnish. Can also be used on gold to give it a nice shine. Dish soap and water with an old toothbrush (on metals and diamonds only, avoid the inlay) can be used to clean jewelry as well.

Store jewelry away from moisture when possible. Tarnish will occur faster on silver, bronze, and brass in humid climates than in dry climates so store in a jewelry box or bag to reduce exposure to moisture in the air.
Returns
All sales are final and nonrefundable.
Exceptions to this are the wrong product was delivered, the product arrived damaged, or the product never arrived after it was shipped (as verified through mail courier). In these cases, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

For incorrect or damaged products, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will not be processed until we have the items back in the studio.
You can always contact us for any return question.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please see Warranty information for more details of what is covered in the first 60 days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Warranty
We provide a 60 day warranty on all of our jewelry from the date of shipment on all items ordered direct from the LS website.
The warranty covers the cost of all repairs under normal wear for the first 60 days after purchase. However, if pieces are exceptionally bent, broken, show improper care, the repairs or replacement will be at the expense of the client.
Chain and hoop earring issues are not included in this warranty but can be replaced for $40 for silver and $120 for gold (includes shipping, prices subject to change). Precious gemstones are not covered by warranty.
Cost for repairing damaged pieces will be based on the extent of the repair or remake after 60 days. Email for an assessment and quote.

Shipping
In Stock Items will be fulfilled within 3 business days of purchase and then shipped out using USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days). USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days) is used during sale events or if client has a special request.
For Made to Order items, please allow for up to 5 weeks of processing time for your jewelry to be made. We cover shipping on in stock and made to order items.
